Alok Kanti is a global life sciences leader with more than three decades of experience driving growth, transformation, and culture change across the pharmaceutical sector. He has led businesses spanning innovative pharma, consumer health, animal health, and generics, with leadership experience across 27 countries and major markets in North America, Asia, and Europe. Most recently, as President International at Apotex, he led global market development and consumer health expansion while sponsoring enterprise AI strategy. Prior to that, he served as President & CEO of Bayer Canada, where he doubled pharmaceutical sales, helped move the company from #15 to #7 in industry ranking, and led Bayer Canada to recognition for best employer and best culture. He also held senior regional and global leadership roles with Bayer in China, Singapore, and Germany. Alongside his executive career, Alok serves in board, advisory, and academic roles, with a strong focus on strategy, governance, innovation, and performance through people.

Working Session: Agent Design Studio + Build - From Workflow Map to Working Prototype
In this 90mins hands-on workshop, attendees will be guided through a 3 stage rapid prototyping and training on Agent creation. By the end of the session, all modelled agents will be shared with some being built in real time for review.
- Map: Define where “AI-first” Agentic workflows add the most value: new roles & new goals.
- Model: Where to build first: PSP, Marketing ops automation, content/version control, insight-to-brief.
- Deploy: Guardrails that make it safe at scale: build on escalation control, with the correct humans remaining in the loop.
