Gareth Worthington

Gareth Worthington holds a degree in marine biology, a PhD in Endocrinology, an executive MBA, is Board Certified in Medical Affairs, and has twenty years’ experience in Pharmaceutical industry. Currently Head of Global Clearance, Gareth is focused on end-to-end MLR excellence at UCB, his mission to revolutionise the speed to market for external stakeholder communications, including medical, commercial, corporate and patient engagement.

Outside of pharma, Gareth is a founding board member of the Vesuvius Media Group, an award-winning author of science-based thrillers, a martial artist, and philanthropist.
